A Brief Collagen Shopping Guide !

I have heard quite a lot of positive news about Collagen beauty drink these days.
Decided to choose one brand to test on myself !
But there is too many to choose from *confused* D;
Thus decided to gather information using the power of Google.

While doing my research on it varies product. it was noticeable that Kinohimitsu had been quite generous in sponsoring a number of blogger to review its product. For Kinohimitsu J'pan Beauty Drink a few comments mention that it contain some amount of fishy smell and it taste sweet. A few blogger find it that is not as effective as what the product had claim BUT on the other hand some said they have seen improvement on their skin condition.

For those who didn't see any improvement it could be the low content of 2,500mg of collagen.
Most brand contain at least 5,000mg collagen.

It claim that its collagen were not like any conventional Collagen that has high molecular structure which could not be easily dissolve completely or it can be not well-absorbed by the body.

After reading it, I have second thought of buying this product. Quality control is very important especially when it concern about customer health safety.

Overall : most blogger find it effective but some doesn't. Conclusion, different people have different absorption level on collagen. Some people might take a longer period whereas some people take a much shorter period.

Before Travelling : Packing Essential Medication

Will be off to somewhere Green and Mountainous *Mother Nature Calling for me*

Travelling is Fun but there is two things I dislike the most which is Packing time and Unpacking time :(
Each time after a long trip with my parents, my house compound will somehow look like we are operating an *illegal laundry business.*
There is just too many rounds of washing and Hanging to be done !


Okay, come back to the Main Topic. I noticed people tends to think bringing medication is sort of unnecessary things to do. Hey !! To those People who think that, you gotta regret it *Flag Red Sign*

To me getting prepared is better than not prepared at all.
Note that there would be a chance that the local pharmacy might not have the specific medication that you usually used.

So far these are my Essential Must Bring Medication for both Long Trip and Short Trip.

Panadol ActiFast type essential for a rapid relief for fever, headache, migraine, cold and flue. It absorbed twice as fast as the regular Panadol. You don't want to miss out anything while others are enjoying right? pff... no way!!

Food Poisioning !

This is my very first time, I have encounter quite serious food poisoning !

I think the main culprit would be the Si Ham aka cockles in my curry noodles I ate for lunch a few days ago as *I puke curry out* :(

I have been vomiting for the past few days especially on the first day itself right after each meal I consume!

Went to the clinic on the very first day, felt a bit better but after 2 days, same thing happened to me again. This time I ate my fav Wan Tan Hor and puke all my Wan Tan Hor !! That very second I puke out, I almost gonna swear that I would never eat Wan Tan Hor EVER AGAIN! Because it was so stink and disgusting !!!!

Went to see Doctor again and was told that this time it was not food poisoning anymore but a serious gastric problem FML.

I have to eat 8 different type of medication! this is the most I have eaten so far in my life.

Ate my plain porridge today and I felt that the taste was so unbearable.
I respect very much the days that my Gong Gong and Po Po have to eat plain porridge everyday in order to survive during their hardship.

For me eating plain porridge is too bland and very hard to sallow, I literally closed one eye in oder to eat/drink all of it. I try putting a bit of sugar and soya sauce to make it more appetising but the taste is still Bland :(
