A Brief Collagen Shopping Guide !

I have heard quite a lot of positive news about Collagen beauty drink these days.
Decided to choose one brand to test on myself !
But there is too many to choose from *confused* D;
Thus decided to gather information using the power of Google.

Here a list of common brand, gathered from bloggers review and a few website that I have come across during my *Googling * sessions.

So far Kinohimitsu are the only one offer a variety of collagen and non-collagen beauty drink to meet different individuals needs.

While doing my research on it varies product. it was noticeable that Kinohimitsu had been quite generous in sponsoring a number of blogger to review its product. For Kinohimitsu J'pan Beauty Drink a few comments mention that it contain some amount of fishy smell and it taste sweet. A few blogger find it that is not as effective as what the product had claim BUT on the other hand some said they have seen improvement on their skin condition.

For those who didn't see any improvement it could be the low content of 2,500mg of collagen.
Most brand contain at least 5,000mg collagen.



Lennox Firm-Up Plus Collagen Drink

Natural and potent beauty essence, rich in synergistic food based on ingredients like Aqueous Marine Collage, Coenzyme Q10, OPC (Grape Seed Extract) and Vitamins for firmer and more radiant looking skin.

It claim that its collagen were not like any conventional Collagen that has high molecular structure which could not be easily dissolve completely or it can be not well-absorbed by the body.

Recommended Dosage
Day 1 to Day 10: Consume one bottle daily on an empty stomach or before bedtime

After reading it, I have second thought of buying this product. Quality control is very important especially when it concern about customer health safety.

Overall : most blogger find it effective but some doesn't. Conclusion, different people have different absorption level on collagen. Some people might take a longer period whereas some people take a much shorter period.

This Product is a bit different due to its higher concentration, consumption will be every 3 days one bottle.
This could prove that the product concentration is really much higher than the other brand as it doesn't need to consume one bottle each for 6 days.

Collagen is a protein made up of amino-acids.
